Midwife

The Agency places midwives with private hospitals across the Sydney metropolitan region.

Work in Postnatal and Special Care Nursery is generally booked on the day or the day ahead. Most of the shifts in Delivery Suite are usually booked to a roster with the hospital – this allows you to plan ahead with your own work roster if you already have a job.

If you wish to work in Delivery Suite, we will organise an orientation with the hospital prior to you working your first shift.

Please note: unless agreed otherwise with the hospital, you will be working as a second person on for work in either Special Care Nursery or Delivery Suite.

The agency has agreed insurance terms with our client hospitals. Our insurance policy insures the agency and midwives for work in both Postnatal and Delivery Suite.
